Our Journey

How ICON Began

From a small initiative to a growing network across Balochistan

2014

Founded by Yaseen Jaffar

Established as Initiative for Community Networking (ICON) in Quetta, Pakistan, focused on youth empowerment and community development.

2016-2020

Expansion Across Balochistan

ICON Institutes expanded to 12 districts, partnering with BRSP, PPAF, NAVTTC, PSDF, and World Bank for skill training programs.

2021-Present

Key Initiatives Launched

Programs in TVET, Child Protection, Rehabilitation, WASH, training thousands in trades like Solar Technology, Industrial Stitching, and IT.
