The ICON Organization in collobration with BLEP, the world Bank Grants completed 2300 Female beneficiaries skills development Trainings in 04 Districts of Baluchsitan 1. Qilla Abdullah, 2. Mastung, 3. Noshki, 04. Chagai (Dalbandin). The vocational trainings were imparted in 04 trades ie. Kitchen Gardening, Embriodery, Beautician, Dress Making & Fashion Designing.

The ICON Organization in its ICON Institutes in collobration with Punjab Skill Development Foundation (PSDF) is providing skills to BISP Voucher Program registred Households in Gawadar, Hub,Lasbella, and Quetta Districts of Baluchistan. The target trades are Solar & UPS, Dates Processing, Mobile Phone Repairing, Industrial Stitching, E-Commerce.

1000-GOOGLE Scholarship Program
The ICON Organization signed an MoU with the Government of Baluchistan and Tech Valley Pakistan for 1000 Scholarships to the Youth of Baluchistan in the field of IT sector /Hi-tech technology trades: E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Ux Design, Amazon, Web Development, Computer Applications, Project Management, etc through various Universities of North & South Baluchistan.
