Icon Enterprises established a project in the  name of  Icon organization. The Purpose and background of the project was to empower the youth and women of Quetta. Definite quantity of skill development , learning and health improvement projects are going on in it. Number of Females and youth has been enrolled in many online classes for learning digital skills which is the dire need of today’s world. The courses has been functioned free of cost. Career counselling and business marketing  is done after completion of course
